Qamar Foundation

Qamar Foundation is a non-profit organization, based in the community of Mengo, Uganda. With a vision to see the community of the less fortunate living with dignity, purpose, and hope, Qamar creates opportunities for holistic development through areas of Education, COVID-19-relief, Orphans, Women, Fighting poverty, Agriculture, water, and health.

What we do

We run core projects that work to promote Education,Covid-19 relief, Ophans, women, Fighting poverty, Health, Agriculture and water in the worst places of Africa.

We Create Hope for the Girl Child

We do this through providing pads,clothes,guidance and counselling to needy girls

We Ensure Food Security

We do distribute food to poor communities that are afected by hunger

We Conduct Guidance and Counselling Services

In our conselling sessions to the adolescent, we help them not to waste there lives as aresult of the body demand.

Orphan Care Programs

We do provides medical care, accomodation and Eduaction services to the orphans Children so as to build there future.

We Provide Clean Water in Poor Communities

Millions of women and children spend 2-6 hours each day collecting water from distant and polluted sources

Refugee Empowerment

Under this program, we offer free skills training services to refugee community

Child Sponsorship for the Poor/Orphans

We provide tuition/school-fees and scholastic materials to the poor communities to help them gain knowledge through education

Offering Free Medical Services to the Needy

We as well reach out to poor communities with free medical care.

Needy Girls Support

A number of needy girls in Uganda are facing a challenge of lack of basic needs like pads , clothing, and many other things. The shortage of these needs drives them into child labor, early marriages and also opens doors for illnesses. With your donation, these girls will be saved from all these troubles
